Privacy Notice

Co-operative College of the Philippines values your privacy. By submitting this form, you allow CCPH to collect, use, process, store, and retain your personal data for 24 months in accordance with the Data Privacy Act (DPA) of 2012.

Under the DPA, you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to correct, erase, block, or withdraw your data, as well as data portability rights and the right to lodge a complaint.

Cancellation Policy

Local Programs:
• Full Refund — Cancel 30+ days before the program.
• 50% Refund — Cancel 15–25 days before the program.
• No Refund — Cancel within 10 days or no-show.

Abroad Programs: No refund except for VISA Denial (50% reimbursed). Substitutions allowed with CEO approval at least 3 weeks prior.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@co-opcollege.ph. Refunds take 5–7 business days.
