Facilitated by Mr. Antonio Molina and Mr. Jowell Tan of Revv Consultancy, renowned for their expertise in board and management practices, the training offered participants an in-depth exploration of the unique challenges and opportunities in cooperative leadership. Participants were guided through engaging discussions and practical exercises that honed their strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, enabling them to address organizational challenges with confidence and foresight.
The training also emphasized the importance of fostering collaboration and effective communication within leadership teams.
