Global Cooperative Executive Masterclass - Cohort 4

Rationale

The Co-operative College of the Philippines (Co-op College PH), the training arm of CLIMBS Life and General Insurance Cooperative, partnering with the National Federation of Cooperative Primaries in the Philippines (NaFeCOOP), and in collaboration with the Co-operative College (in Manchester, UK) will be once again conducting the Global Cooperative Executive Masterclass Learning Program, to be held in the birthplace of the modern co-operative movement, Manchester and London, United Kingdom from February 10 to 21, 2024. It will be an immersive ten (10) day program consisting of a cooperative experiential learning course, educational tours, and a certificate program on executive education and values-based adaptive leadership training – which will all be taught at the exact place where co-operative initiatives and education began more than a hundred years ago.

OBJECTIVES

  1. Advanced Skill Development: Participants will acquire advanced leadership and management skills tailored specifically for cooperative organizations.
